Een opzichzelfstaande daglicht studio met een eigen entree. Mogelijk te verbinden met de andere ruimtes ook. De ruimte heeft de welbekende karakteristieke elementen van het pand en biedt daarnaast een warme en intieme sfeer. Er zijn basis voorzieningen zoals licht en meubilair en daarnaast is de ruimte flexibel aan te passen naar wens.
